Can't start server

Ok so im stuck idk what to do. Basically 4 mods has failed to load correctly and that means i cant start my server. Ive tried only loading those 4 mods (including their dependencies) and it worked perfectly til i add back the other mods that i want for my server. Here's the crash report

Error in Hammer Lib, make sure you use the latest version of the Mod.
If you already use the latest version, report the bug to the Mod author.

Yep. Im using the latest version of Hammer Lib.

then ^, and remove the Mod until there is an update
