Don't know what mod this is for and how to fix it.

I'm having some trouble trying to fix this error is there any way I can get some help with what I need to get rid of or what I need to do to fix this.  Thank you for helping me or trying to help me to. P.S. not the best at this stuff but do know a little about this so sorry if I'm not much help if I do need to do something.
