Forge server crash, likely from libraries

version 1.16.5, forge version 36.2.22

When trying to launch a forge server, it crashes within about a minute, I get the error message in console [java.lang.Throwable:printStackTrace:635]: Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException

I suspect its from a missing forge library or a missing value in one of the those libraries, I have this suspicion from "[main/INFO] [mixin/]: SpongePowered MIXIN Subsystem Version=0.8.4 Source=file:/libraries/org/spongepowered/mixin/0.8.4/mixin-0.8.4.jar Service=ModLauncher Env=SERVER"

If anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreciated
