Im having a bit of trouble atm with this. Ive underlined where the issue is.

'Cannot make a static reference to the non-static method nextInt(int) from the type Random'

 

here is the Array.

this isnt a forge error

this isnt even a minecraft error

this is a very basic java error.

learning java is very important if you want to make awesome mod, you could literally googlethe title of this thread and an answer would come up

You need to have an instance of the Random class. Either pass one as a parameter or a field, or use

new Random().nextInt()

.
