Vanilla Client Redirect to another server from modded server [POLL]

Is it possible to get an redirect mod/plugin for forge or for bukkit to redirect vanilla clients to vanilla server from modded server?

 

If it is how hard would it be?

 

P.S I can not code Java.

There is no way to tell vanilla clients to connect to a different server.

You can look into things like BungeeCord.
