Error code 1 when starting Minecraft

Minecraft doesn't start up anymore or rather said on starting up it crashes and gives me error code 1. I so far tried to repair the installed minecraft version and the modpack profile, delete all files in the config folder of the modpack profile and removing a few mods which I believe to be causing the problem.  But nothing worked.

The version played on is version 1.18.1 in the forge version 39.0.85

Where do I find the launcher log file?

it's in the game directory, it's called launcher_log.txt

Error in Elemental Craft, make sure the version of Elemental Craft is for 1.18
