Can you place modded blocks? Maybe you are starting a vanilla server, not a forge server (so mods are not loaded on server-side) Add the server log with sites like https://mclo.gs/ -
Me and my friends are using a modpack on a server, but when we try to create items, the crafts don't work, only in singleplayer mode, the only crafts that work are the default minecraft ones
