In Minecraft, a powered rail does not power an adjacent activator rail. However, in Forge this does happen https://imgur.com/a/8kaPAVe proof no mods installed, just forge 1.21.4 -

Same here and I restarted it and everything is good after that. -
You do not need to post multiple times. When someone sees your post, and has an idea how to help, they will reply. Also it appears you are using fabric, and this is a forge forums, so responses may take longer, since the software may not be used by people here. -
