My Server run.bat isnt giving me my Eula to run the Forge server

in every attempt i have it has giving me this, i have changed java versions, tried to make the eula myself but nothing

if you have the same issue is the solution above,
if the solution doesn't fix your problem, you don't have the same error
create then your own thread and post debug log

      Struggling to decipher a crash report I'm getting in a custom modpack I'm tinkering with. The crash happens on startup, but weirdly, only some of the time.
