No matter what I try my server crashes

Every time I try to create a world for my server it just crashes the last thing in the log says "[10Apr2022 01:43:45.378] [main/WARN] [net.minecraft.server.Main/]: Failed to load datapacks, can't proceed with server load. You can either fix your datapacks or reset to vanilla with --safeMode"
