Cant get my server to start

tried running my server but it keeps giving me this error i have tried to just take illagers_plus out but its a core mod in the modpack so if i could get some help that would be wonderful

thanks for the help i didnt even think of that cuz i used the version the modpack creator told me to use i will tell them to update the recommended forge

the problem is cause by java, since the version is not compatible with forge

no it was just the forge version i didnt have to mess with my java the modpack creator just put in a outdated forge version
