it says it in the title. i play on 1.16.5 and because terralith dosent work on there you have to use the biomes o plenty world type. unfortunately, i think that this means that i cant use better nether in 1.16.5 if im using biomes o plenty. someone please help although it isnt urgent

you could try to disable the Biomes O Plenty Nether Biomes via the config,
if this won't work, then the mods are not compatible
