I am trying to start a minecraft modded server, to play on with my friend and the run.bat keeps crashing

Hello and Good evening,

after alot of hours of trying and trying i cannot go further from this,everytime i try to startup the server with the mods it keeps on crashing and i don´t really know what to do, if there would be any help it would be lovely.

Imma add the cmd messages here

    Forgot to add that the minecraft version is 1.16.4 with forge version 1.16.4-35.1.37

    well anyways, upgraded to 1.16.5 and it now crashes and gives off this
