I downloaded the 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2859 version on Windows 10 but when I open it, it just takes me to Internet Explorer downloads. It worked fine on my Macbook though. How do I fix this?

    Some zip managers like to take control of the .jar file extension away from Java.
    Make sure you have Java installed and try running Jarfix once, then try the installer again.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
