how do i replace missing file

so i got kicked out of a modded server and when i restarted minecraft the file forge-36.2.34.jar was missing how do i replace it (ive tried reinstalling forge)

    this should work, if only forge-36.2.34.jar is missing you can install forge in another folder and copy the file
