forge 1.16.5 doesn't load correctly

I tried to launch the vault hunters and another 1.16.5 modpack and when i launched it it loads one window and then creats another window with forge installed but no mods and the first window just freezes in place and doesn't close or do anything and when i try to close the second window it closes the first one tu and givse me an error.

      Thanks, I've now installed a slightly newer version and the server is at least starting up now.

      Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled

      Maybe you need to create file in assets/<modid>/items/<itemname>.json with content like this:   { "model": { "type": "minecraft:model", "model": "modname:item/itemname" } }
