1.16.5 Forge server launches and works without mods but when I put mods I get a bunch of errors that I don't understand

I'll get straight to the point. Me and my friends want to play modded MC on 1.16.5 with our on modpack. Starting the server without any mods works just fine. However if I put all the mods in, I get a ton of errors that I'm too confused to know what's the problem. Another problem is that Biomes O' plenty level type also causes errors (yes I have deleted the previous world that the server made in order to make a new one with BOP) this is the debug.log: https://pastebin.com/u4kyzTXe and this is the latest.log: https://pastebin.com/r12WVFjk . I don't even know what to try anymore so any suggestion would be much appreciated
