Everytime I launch Minecraft from intellij 2022.1.1, my computer eaither stops responding, or my crashes.

Whenever I launch minecraft 1.18.2 forge, eveything works at first. but then when the game is almost done loadding, my computer will start lagging extremely, freeze, and then either my game will load, or my computer will crash and send me to recovery mode. I use Windows 11 and Java 17.0.2.
