Corail Tombstone or Player revive not working

I have a proble with the Corail Tombstone or the Player Revive, I was in my server with my friends and I die, when I try to respawn I die another time with the same death message and I need to leave the server for respawning, I don't know what is happening and I need help.

Make sure you use the latest version of Corail Tombstone,
if you already use the latest version talk to the Mod author.
