Create Curios (createcurios) encountered an error during the sided_setup event phase java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: GOGGLES

Simply put it, I've spent a couple days trying to figure out what's wrong with this modpack I've created, with most mods copied from Better Minecraft 1.18.2. I've added every possible dependency and their dependencies with every additional mod I've added to this pack. Different issues every time and I end up solving them till this point I'm at right now.

Create Curios (createcurios) encountered an error during the sided_setup event phase java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: GOGGLES

I have Curios installed and it's dependency. I also have added a few addons to the Curios mod but can't figure out what's the issue. Am I missing a dependency mod that I can't find?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ps: Here's my crash log https://pastebin.com/xhg5TQPU and my latest.log if needed https://pastebin.com/0cE0QGjZ

It's an issue with createcurios, it's probably not up-to-date with the recent changes in create, contact the mod author.

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.

Will do! Appreciate it!

Until then, though, will downgrading the mod to an older version work or will it just give me another error telling me to get the "latest version" or whatever it ends up saying?

You would have to downgrade create and all its related mods.

Good luck determining which old versions work together. 🙂
