I'm trying to create a server with forge, but it doesnt seem that the one multicraft is providing is working.

Pretty much what the title says, i'm new to this, i dont know how to start a server with mods, i did start one without them and it was just to select the version and play; I thought it was going to be the same, just select forge 1.18.2-40.1.68 and then add the mods, can someone help me with that, am I missing something, should I upload my own forge? pls help. This is what i get when i run the server
