ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I tried to download forge but I get the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS and it doesn't let me install forge what do I do?

If you have issues with adfoc.us you can use the direct download.
You find it at the bottom of the download page (Show all versions). Then click on the i for the direct download.

I tried that and its still saying the same thing.
