Just installed forge, the game runs without any problems with optifine and shaders, but can't iniciate in the forge version that I just installed for the 1.19.2

Post the debug.log from the logs folder of your game installation. You can access the game installation folder by navigating to the Installations tab of the launcher, hovering over the specific game installation, and clicking the folder button that appears.
