Hi so this seems to keep happening after playing on a world for a day. Ive changed forges and it occurs and ive also removed the mods and it occurs. Ill post the crash log down below. Also ive tried updating my drivers. But admittedly im struggling with that also xD 

Thanks for taking the time to read and any help would be greatly appreciated.
