Sounding of Goat Horns in a certain proximity crashes other user in server

Just a weird issue I stumbled upon while a friend and I were collecting goat horns and sounding them off. If within 100 blocks or so and someone sounds a goathorn, the other user will crash.

Very similar to this https://github.com/MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge/issues/8985 with the exception of reproducing is only playing a goathorn in any view but that may be due to it being multiplayer?

Mods running on server:
Alex's Mobs
Citadel
Dynamic View
Farsight

There are also some datapacks but I've disabled all of them in testing to reproduce the issue and it still occurs.
Not very technical of the workings so help would be appreciated.
Here is my crash report: https://pastebin.com/XiuhETu3

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.
