Everytime i try to join my modded server it gives me this message

Provide the debug.log and the version of Minecraft. Most likely, one or a combination of mods send more data than allowed by the packet.

Depending your game directory (typically .minecraft), it would be in logs/debug.log. Also, you still need to provide your version of Minecraft. Answers vary widely depending on which version you use.

You seem to have a bunch of duplicate mods with different versions (e.g. blockui, konkrete_forge, PuzzlesLib, etc.) Remove any duplicates and try again.

I deleted the extra ones and made sure i kept the compatible ones and it still gives me the same error

Whenever you make changes and still have issues, always post a new log from after the changes were made. It could be some other issue rearing its ugly head, or you may have missed something someone else will see.
