Modding Survival crash report/problem/help?

Hello I'm trying to install a couple mods to play singleplayer with out of boredom and I've been configuring them, and now what I've got when I thought to have got them working is this: http://paste.minecraftforge.net/view/ddeb2599

I believe the error is this: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 4275 but I don't know

Check your config, max block ID is 4095.

I don't believe I set anything above 4095

You set BlockEvolutionRock in pixelmon to 4275.

That's the issue, we can't do anything to fix this for you it's your config.

Also, read your log it's freakin obvious.
