Is there a Forge API or Javadoc?

Hello, 

I wondered to know if there is an API or Javadoc of Forge. For instance, take a look at Spigot API documentation.

I have unsuccessfully tried to create the Javadoc from the MinecraftForge Github repository.

The only documentation that I have found is the MinecraftForge Documentation, but I find it to be very general.
