Unable to Install Recommended or Latest Forge 1.19.3

Hello, I've tried installing both the recommended and latest versions of forge 1.19.3 multiple times and I get this error each time:

Any way to fix it?

That error message says the file that got downloaded is not the file it expected. The file hash does not match.

This usually means either;

* The file didn't download properly, so try downloading it again

* You have been using a hacked version of minecraft so you are not connecting to mojang's website to download the files (pirated minecraft is not supported in this forum).

I can confirm that I am using the official minecraft installer with a verified microsoft account, and I just attempted to download the installer again and I get the same error.

Figured it out, custom texture stuff was messing up the installation

Check you have the latest version then contact the mod author.

Can someone help me? When i try to download forge 1.19.3 on iMac. It says that it cant download the file because it cant confirm that there isnt any malware.????? can someone help
