Modded Minecraft crashing when I try to play due to missing files (On the Curseforge App)

Whenever I try to play using the Curseforge app, it gives crash code "1"

I fixed all the mods that are incompitable with eachother. But it still crashes. I checked the logs and it says this:

Mod file C:\Users\MyPcUsername\curseforge\minecraft\Install\libraries\net\minecraftforge\fmlcore\1.19.2-43.2.0\fmlcore-1.19.2-43.2.0.jar is missing mods.toml file

Mod file C:\Users\MyPcUsername\curseforge\minecraft\Install\libraries\net\minecraftforge\javafmllanguage\1.19.2-43.2.0\javafmllanguage-1.19.2-43.2.0.jar is missing mods.toml file

Mod file C:\Users\MyPcUsername\curseforge\minecraft\Install\libraries\net\minecraftforge\lowcodelanguage\1.19.2-43.2.0\lowcodelanguage-1.19.2-43.2.0.jar is missing mods.toml file

Misread the error but still can't fix it

You need to posta link to your logs/debug.log and/or the crash report.

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com You should also read the support forum sticky post.

Minecraft Mod Gradle Build not working

The settings.gradle file has been fixed. But, the build.gradle has an error now.
Error:

[SOLVED][1.21.8 | Forge 58.0.5] How to cancel InputEvent.MouseScrollingEvent?

Personally, I just use event.SetCanceled(true) in my handler and it blocks the scroll well.
Even if the method does not appear clear, it is available via the Cancellable interface.
It works at home without additional hacks.
