[1.6.2] Creative Tabs not working

So I'm making a mod, but the creative tabs aren't working. I made the tab properly, and it appears, but I can't get blocks to appear inside it.

Code in the Core Class File

Code removed because I don't want it up here. I'm leaving the Creative Tab code so someone else can copy it.

 

I have no idea why the blocks aren't appearing.

    Most creative tab intialization happens in other classes, but I only use the basic "setCreativeTab(CreativeTab par1)" function.
