I have proposed a site for modders stackexchange.com. For those of you that don't know Stack Exchange is a network of Q&A sites, each site is based on a certain topic. Any person can post question and any person can answer them. That would get crazy, but the way it works is that once you get a certain reputation (how you get that I will explain in a minute), you can up vote and down vote questions/answers. A good answer will rise to the top, and a bad answer will fall to the bottom. You get reputation by correctly answering questions, have your question/answer up voted, and a few other, more obscure, ways. You lose reputation by down voting a question, or having a question be down voted. But you don't lose as much as when you up vote. Anyway back to the new site. If you would like one of these site on modding, modding for all games, please go to this link: http://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/60177/modding-and-addons-for-video-games/60179#60179. You will need to make an account, but you can use a google, yahoo, or facebook account. You will need to confirm your e-mail, but then you can follow the proposal, upvote good example questions, and make example questions. Later when the site starts you will be able to participate in private beta.

 

If you play another game that supports modding, please help this site grow by posting a link to this thread, or by re-posting this thread. You may copy and paste this post. If you PM me after you make the thread I will add it to the list here.
