A little help please?

I've recently had forge work properly then one day after I closed it to go do something else and come back later the same day it all of a sudden refuses to load at all.
I've deleted all mods so it's not old version mods.
I've deleted and remade the .minecraft folder inside the appdata one.
I've even gone so far as to factory reset my computer and it still doesn't work.
Fabric loads, vanilla loads but, Forge even with no mods doesn't even try.
I've had friends look into my logs files and for some reason it's not even a crash. The code just stops.
Any ideas of what it is?

Post a link to your launcher_log.txt from directly after the crash.

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.
