Hello! I've tried many times to reinstall Java, both of 64 and 32 bit versions. I've tried to install older version of Java and Forge. I've tried to disable firewall and antivirus. Currently I'm using almost just installed Windows 11 with last updates, if it's matters. I really tried most of all, what I find at Google, but problem is still.

Issue #1: This is what Powershall shows when trying to install Forge client: https://pastebin.com/gD1eTh47

Issue #2: This is what Powershall shows when trying to install Forge server: https://pastebin.com/fhZfi561

My hosts file (it is empty):

# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
#	127.0.0.1 localhost
#	::1             localhost

Remove that java 8 or update it to the latest version.

Your error is caused by java trying to connect to mojang's website but it cannot validate the website is who they say they are.

That old java 8 version contains trust certificates that have long ago expired.

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.

Omg, this is so silly, sorry for your wasted time. Java 8 Update 51 was installed by automatic (online) Java installer. Don't know why. Now it is Java 8 Update 371 and everything is fine. Thank you!
