Mc won't open after updating mods: The game crashed whilst initializing game Error: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: INSTANCE

I use the Curseforge launcher wich lets me update mods easily, so, before I opened mc today I updated some mods, now the game won't open and I get this crash:
