1.12.2 Forge 1.12.2 installer saving wrong JSON

Hi. I want to install Minecraft Forge 1.12.2 and i have a problem. Installer showing in logs that installation is success. But game not starting and in JSON file url to minecraftforge library is null

How i can fix that?
