I Cant get it to work it pulls the files up instead of the launcher.  How do I fix that plz help me I want to use forge? I have WinRAR too. Is that the problem?

    Console logs/jvm version/etc.

    This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.
