Error connecting to my forge server, get error "non [a-z0-9_.-] character in namespace of location:"

When I join my server, it encrypts and loads, saying join world, then gives me this error.

internal exception io.netty.handler.codec.decoderexception: net.minecraft.resourcelocationexception: non [a-z0-9_.-] character in namespace of location:

Here is the link to my debug log for the error, I saw other posts say they need the forge debug log

I'm not seeing that error in that log, it should tell you the mod using the improper character in the resourcelocation right around that error. Remove/update that mod,
