I'm running a hosted Forge 1.19.4 server, same forge version as both me and my girlfriend are playing. We are both running the same mods, server is running fine. I can join with no problems, but as soon as she joins, her internet goes from 50mbps down, to just over 1, causing in game lag and making voice calling impossible.

We both play on vanilla servers absolutely fine, and this has been an on-going issue solely happening when connecting to forge servers.

To reiterate, my connection remains stable, it's an externally hosted server so it's not local to my PC or network.

Any insight would be appreciated.
