All the Mods 9 Server crashing soon after startup, with players timing out.

Hello. I am having a problem with my All the Mods 9 server, version 0.1.9, crashing after a period of time in which players time out in a certain area. In that area, there are a combination of modpacks at play. I was wondering if anyone could interpret what was causing this crash. Here is the crash report.
