Crash on World Creation with Forge.

MC with forge has been launching alright, but even with NO mods except forge installed, it crashes on opening/creating a world. I get this exit code: -805306369. It says I might need to allocate more ram, but that doesn't do anything, as even allocating 16 GB changes nothing. What's going on?
