Hi Friends ! I need some help for a ore Generation Problem.

The new system of generating ore disturbed me but i managed to make things right while  updating my mod... almost.
My "Uranium" ore is generated with all the other ore at the beginning , but mine is special. It has a ticking blockentity that check if there is living entity around, and so "irradiate " them if they are close to it. When I place the block myself from my inventory, it works fine. But the uranium ore that is generated with the ore generation does not. It seems... deactivated or these block does not tick anymore ?
 

So i wanted some help to figure this out. Is it a problem of configured_feature.json or placed_feature.json  ? if so... i don't know how to change it.
