My minecraft forge installer is not working. Please Help!!!

First i cleared out my ENTIER minecraft folder. Then i ran the installer with java platform. It will run until it says UNPACKING PACKED FILE scala-complier-2.10.2.jar.pack.xz    I have tried every soulution i know of. Please help! :D :D
