Crash...fresh MC install with only FML (916 & 923) installed

I searched the forums using the 1st line in the stack trace and found a TON but did not find anything that was any help for me.

I am having a  error even after a fresh uninstall, download, and re-install of Minecraft 1.6.4. I have no other mods that I am trying to install. The error comes when I try to make a world not loading the game.

9.4.20.923

http://pastebin.com/LMSVKJ4d

9.4.20.916

http://pastebin.com/LHKTK2gG

I really hope to get a solution for this soon.

EDIT: I got FML working for 1.4.7(universal), 1.5.2, and 1.6.2 (installers) so unless there is a new way to use the installer then it should not be a problem with the way I am installing FML...in fact the game loads just fine the crash is only then I try to make a 1.6.4 map.

Well that'll do it, how did you install Forge?

Where did you get the installer?

I need exact links and exact details here.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Yeah I know that is the issue I can see that for myself...lol.

I use this link...

http://adf.ly/673885/http://files.minecraftforge.net/minecraftforge/minecraftforge-installer-1.6.4-9.11.1.923.jar

http://adf.ly/673885/http://files.minecraftforge.net/minecraftforge/minecraftforge-installer-1.6.4-9.11.1.916.jar

Like I said I got it working for 1.6.2 so it is not a issue on how I try to install FML...but...

1) I left click on start menu

2) I left click on "documents"

3) I left click on "downloads" found on the left side of the new window that opened

4) I find the file named "minecraftforge-installer-1.6.4-9.11.1.916.jar" or "minecraftforge-installer-1.6.4-9.11.1.923.jar"

5) I right click on the said named file from step 4

6) I left click "open"

7) I check to make sure that the option "install client" in the forge installer that opened after step 6

8) I left click "ok" in the above opened program

9) I left click the "ok" button after the program is done installing what it needs to.

You did not say that you needed exact detail on how I setup forge with but I will give that to you since I know that my steps above are right.

10) I right click on the Minecraft Desktop Shortcut

11) I left click "open"

12) I left click on "new profile" in the now open Minecraft launcher

13) I set the name for the new profile to 164tc4main

14) I check mark "game directory"

15) I change "...\.minecraft" to read "...\.minecraft\modpacks\164tc4main"

16) I click the "expand arrow" for "use version"

17) I find " release 1.6.4-Forge9.11.1.923"

18) I check mark the "JVM Arguments"

19) I make sure that "-Xmx1G" is in the JVM Arguments

20) I left click "save profile"

21) I left click "launch"

22) Wait till the game fully loads

23) Left click on "Single player"

24) left click on "Start new world"

25) Change name of world from "New World" to "TC1"

26) Left click on "create world"

27) wait for game to crash

What did I do wrong?

EDIT: I did that all from memory so forgive little mistakes like where in set 22 I said "launch" when I should have said "Play"

go to .minecraft/versions/1.6.4-Forge9.11.1.923/1.6.4-Forge9.11.1.923.json

And post it's contents here in a spoiler tag.

If you used our installer, and the vanilla mojang launcher, this will not happen. As it'll set your username.

Also the console log from the mojang launcher will be useful to show us exactly how the game is launched.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
