parsedFile.length != parsedFile[0].length

Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

I would suggest that you add a breakpoint where the error occurs, and look to see what your variables contain.  One of them is not the size you expect.

 

If you're not using a debugger, add some diagnostic code that checks if the array index is in bounds before using it, if not writes an error message containing information about the contents of the array.

 

This should show you pretty quickly where the problem lies.
