Mod not showing in game mod list

I've downloaded about 8 mods so far, all of them show up in the game mod list except the Axiom mod i just downloaded. I ensured that it was for my version (1.20.1) but can not figure out what this one mod will show but all the others are fine. Any support would be great, thanks.
