I am not sure - maybe it refers to driver issues - check for CPU and GPU driver updates

I do not have any updates according to my Windows Update section and Optional Section

Does a pre-configured modpack from curseforge work?

I do not know how to install mod packs to my mods folder

Use a Custom Launcher like AT Launcher, MultiMC or Curse Launcher

Search for a modpack there and install it

It seems to be working fine with the mod pack

Use such a modpack as working base and add some mods you'll need
