1.6.4 Forge crashes

1.6.4 Forge crashes when loading a mod. It doesn't load past the Mojang screen. I've deleted and reinstalled multiple times. I've tried with multiple mods and received the same outcome. When I run it without any mods, it works just fine. Crash Report Below

what launcher are you using? seems to me like you've installed the wrong launch wrapper version for the Forge version. Which shouldnt be possible unless you're using a odd install/launch method....
