Forge won't install the libraries

When I click the forge installer and start the forge client installer it goes through the entire process and then gives an error "these librairies failed to download. Try Again." And then there is a list that goes of the screen. Plz Help.

Test it with a Custom Launcher like MultiMC or AT Launcher and install Forge with the Launcher
