I was starting a new minecraft forge modded server (with around 141 mods), we were playing like normal until the next day we rejoin and can't enter the server anymore, even after i rebuild the world (deleted world files and let it recreate, which works fine every times when we want to start a new world). every times when we try to rejoin the server, it keep saying:

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codee.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: readerIndex(14) + length(1) exceeds writerIndex(14): PooledUnsafeDirectByteBuf(ridx: 14, widx 14. cap: 14).

what should i do in this situation?

That error is usually caused by a mod having either broken network code or custom recipe serializers.

It can also be caused by using mods for the wrong version of minecraft or different versions between client and server.

Usually the only way to find the problem mod is to expermient with removing mods until the problem goes away.

Backup your world before removing mods.

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.
